Holly H. is a homeowner in Ravenel, SC who desperately needed something done with her crawl space. The moisture underneath her home was very intense. It caused the joist underneath her home to rot time after time and she just couldn't find a end to her problems. After talking with some friends at her work, someone told her to call Cantey Foundation Specialists. Specialist Grayson Forehand came out to Holly's home for a free inspection. When he was done he explained to her that a CleanSpace was the solution to her moisture problem. Team Leader Israel, Team Member Jonathan, and Team Member Austin came out to Holly's home and effectively installed the CleanSpace. After the instillation, Holly exclaimed, "Wow it's so nice and clean now, it really did block all the moisture down here." Holly can relax now knowing that her joist are saved thanks to Cantey.

Rebecca T. is a homeowner in Awendaw, SC. Rebecca has as issue with her driveway. Her driveway has begun to settle. This has caused a steep bump to appear and it’s causing Rebecca a lot of stress and worry. She is worried that her kids will be playing one day and trip and hurt themselves. She is also experiencing discomfort driving to and from work having to drive over it every day. Rebecca decided to do something about this before anything bad happened. She decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Specialist Alex Lovette came out to Rebecca’s home for a free inspection. After the inspection Alex explained to her that the solution she was looking for was Cantey’s patented PolyLevel process. PolyLevel is a process in which a polyurethane is injected underneath the concrete and it expands and hardens effectively stabilizing and leveling sunken slabs.  Team Leader Roberto and Team Leader Nick came out to Rebecca’s home and made efficient work of the project. Afterwards, Rebecca exclaimed, “It’s amazing how level it is now, it’s like nothing ever happened in the first place.” Now Rebecca can relax knowing that Cantey did the job right.

The weather is finally warming up and it's time to start thinking about pool parties and BBQs the Jackson's of Awendaw, SC was concerned about trip hazards around their pool. They called the Cantey Crew who were able to lift the sunken concrete in just one day. 

This is a home in North Charleston that had an old vapor barrier that over time came up and now they were noticing dust and musty smells in their home. Much of the air that you breathe in your home comes from your crawl space. They had us come out and replace their vapor barrier and also some of the wood damage that was found as a result of the inspection.

Walter Z. is a homeowner in Charleston, SC who spends plenty of time in his garage fixing and woodworking through many projects. He began to notice a crack forming above his garage door. He attempted to fill it several times, which would hold for a while but eventually get right back to the way it was. His neighbor had used Cantey Foundation Specialists for a similar problem and was happy with the work they did on his home. Walter decided he would give them a call and schedule a day for someone to come out and inspect. System Design Specialist Kendall Moore came out to do a free inspection and estimate. Walter explained to Kendall that his expectation for the project was to just have peace of mind that these cracks would not continue to get worse. Kendall did an inspection of the garage and the areas around it concluding that Walter needed to lift his garage with Cantey's SmartJack system to give his garage lift and stabilization. This would give him lift to fill the current crack and prevent any others from forming. Production Team Leader Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Jose Lopez, and Production Team Member Estevan Lopez came out to Walter's home and installed the SmartJack system which lifted the garage, effectively filling the worrisome crack. Walter is now satisfied with how his garage is looking and tributes Cantey with restoring his favorite place in his home.
