New Sump Pump in Elkton KY

This home in Elkton Kentucky had an older sump pump system and a store bought a dehumidifier. But the basement was still getting wet.

The basement was used for storage mostly so keeping the space dry is important.

A TripleSafe Sump liner sits level with the floor housing a Zoeller M53 cast iron sump pump but has space for additional pumps as needed. An airtight lid secures on the liner keeping the moisture out of the air.

Basement Waterproofing in Gallatin, TN

This customer in Gallatin, TN decided to get a basement waterproofing system to prevent any water intrusion and buildup of moisture in his basement. Our crews came in and drilled holes in the concrete block of the perimeter, this is so water can drain from the walls into the newly installed WaterGuard system. This water is then directed to the new TripleSafe Sump Pump and pumped out of the basement through the new drainage system with IceGuard, to prevent any freezing during the winter months into the newly installed LawnScape System in the yard. We also added CleanSpace to the walls inside the basement and a SaniDri Sedona, to further control the moisture from the walls or the air. Now this client will be able to fully utilize his basement without the fear of any mold on his items or wood rot under the 1st story subfloors. Not to mention the cleaner air throughout his home and the energy savings he will have from now on. Our service department crew will come out and service this system yearly to make sure it continues to work properly for years to come.

Sump Pump Installation in Gallatin, TN

This homeowner in Gallatin, TN, reached out to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to protect their basement from flooding and water damage. To achieve this, our crew decided to install a TripleSafe sump pump system. A hole, also known as a sump pump pit, was dug in the floor of the basement, and the liner for the sump pump was placed inside. To be the most effective, our crew will always try to install the sump pump system in the lowest part of the floor. After the liner was placed, a perimeter drainage system was created to direct water into the sump pump. Now, the system is prepared to flush out any water that may find its way into the basement.
