This Tennessee couple was aware of how dirty and unhealthy their crawl space was. They also knew there was an excessive amount of moisture because mold was starting to grow and there was a musty odor in the home. 
They wanted a healthy crawl space and fast, so they called us! We have a lot of experience encapsulating crawl spaces and every home is encapsulated for the better!

This customer in Hendersonville, TN wanted to protect their basement from flooding issues. For the best protection for this basement, we installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system and a WaterGuard inspection port in the area for access to the system, a TrenchDrain,  IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. They also got a TripleSafe complete pump system and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, CleanSpace wall liner on walls as well as a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system. 

These homeowners in Hillsboro Tennessee were suffering from a lot of water intrusion in their basement and contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  A design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns and together with the homeowners it was decided that a full perimeter of WaterGuard was the right solution for this home.  WaterGuard is designed to collect water seeping from walls and along floor joints out and away from the home.

After calling Frontier basement systems and talking to one of our design specialist, A complete encapsulation would be the best for ever fix for them. using a 20 mil thick polyester cord reinforced clean space liner, smart pipe water guard draining in to one of our Super Sump Pumps, combined with a Dehumidifier. This will keep the water and moisture out.  A total encapsulation also give this home owner extra storage they didn't know was usable. Plus a peace of mind that their cooling and heating bills will be lowed, and have a Dry and Healthy crwal space.
