Foundation Settlement Repair in Madisonville, KY

This customer in Madisonville, KY had foundation settlement issues at their home including a sinking foundation, bowing interior walls and cracking on the exterior walls. To fix the situation we installed Push Piers to support the foundation using a low-profile bracket and lifted the foundation back to its correct position. We also installed CarbonArmor with ArmorLock Top Clamp on the interior foundation walls to further support the newly lifted foundation. 

Crawl Space Repair in Madisonville, KY

This customer called Frontier due to mold issues in their crawl space. When we did our inspection, we found moisture issues and mold growth in their crawl space. To mitigate the problems, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and then remediated the mold issue. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner over the floors and walls, sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

Foundation Repair in Buffalo Valley, TN.

This home in Buffalo Valley Tennessee was struggling with massive cracks in their foundation. Luckily we were able to go in, install some push piers and were able to return the home back to its original position.  Push piers are placed beneath the homes foundation and are intended to provide support and stability. These results are stunning!

Bowing wall in Portland TN

The home owner was aware of mold in his home and garage. He already had a trench drain and sump pump to save the garage from heavy rains. However the walls were bowing in from the hydrostatic pressure. The garage wall was no longer holding back the pressure of the earth around behind the wall. Wall anchors were installed to provide support and protect the foundation of the home.

The homeowner started noticing sagging floors, low and high spots. They decided to do something before it got too bad and stated damaging the rest of the house, that's where we came in and put Smart Jacks, in to replace the sinking blocks that have wedges stacked in them for (support). They already know of us do to the Clean Space we had put in for them on a prior occasion.
