The bowing walls in this basement were causing all kinds of heart ache; from foundation shifts to water leaks.

Permanently stabilizing the foundation wall was the cure to saving the home and keeping the family safe.

Cracks in the brick were evidence of a sinking foundation in this home.  We used push piers to lift the faulty corner and it closed the crack!

We placed 7 Push Piers on the outside of the home to lift the foundation and repair the cracks forming on the outside of the home.

The wall anchor systems consist of galvanized steel earth anchors which are embedded into the soil, away from the foundation wall. They are then connected to steel wall plates with rods - both of galvanized steel.
