For the past 6 years this basement home has collected rain with every rain. The block wall of the basement was failing, with visible stair step cracks in the wall. The home owner is worried about the stress, mold, and the loss of personal items. With plans on living this home forever a permanent solution was necessary.

The crack in the brick above the garage door bothered this Clarksville homeowner.

He was worried about the settlement getting worse and causing problems with the function of his garage door or any of the structures above the garage door.

The window in the bonus room above was giving him trouble, starting to stick.

Frontier was able to provide a permanent solution with StableBrick. By using pairs of long StableBrick bars bonded with grout installed in to cut slots, the bars form deep masonry beams with the existing masonry. These beams reinforce and stabilize the existing masonry while redistributing the structural loads.

These homeowners, located in Clarksville, Tennessee, noticed a fracture in the outer foundation of their home that altered normal operations inside/outside of the home (fractures inside of the garage opening, porch damage, driveway fractures) and called Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to repair this damage to their home.
