We replaced the old supports in this Nashville, TN home with new SmartJacks to support the home's floors. Unlike the original supports, SmartJacks can be adjusted over time as the home continues to settle. The homeowner is happy with the quality of work that was completed. 

This customer called in Nashville, TN called Frontier when they noticed cracks and separation on her home's exterior bricks, siding, and interior crawl space walls. These are clear indications that this area of the home was sinking and there was a foundation issue that needed to be addressed before it could get any worse. We were able to come out and install Push Piers on the side of the home that was sinking. Push piers not only stop settlement but lift the foundation back to its original position, closing the cracks.
