We place Wall Anchors to fix this basement's cracking walls! The customer purchased covers for the Wall Anchors to make them blend in with the wall.

This Scottsville, KY homeowner was unhappy with the cracks in their basement walls. Before the cracks could cause serious problems, we installed a PowerBrace to keep the walls supported. The homeowner was happy with the completed job.

This customer in Scottsville, KY had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 12 in x 28 in wall support. We also installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet or Well to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with an airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an air filtration system. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again. 

This home is over 25 years old. The home owner had noticed stair step cracks in the basement wall. The family plans to keep the home for generations, protecting the home and correcting the issue before it got worse was important.
