Before the renovation, a home in Nolensville, TN had foundation wall cracks and bowing walls, demanding urgent repair. We installed the PowerBrace System, custom-fit zinc-plated steel beams secured with brackets, stabilizing and potentially straightening the failing walls. To complete the process, CleanSpace, a 20mil thick barrier, was added to reduce moisture. This comprehensive approach ensured a durable, long-lasting solution for the homeowner's wall repair needs.

Customer's wall was failing but did not have the space for Wall Anchors. Frontier's Carbon Armor was put in its place to insure the wall would remain secure.

The wall was pushing-in at the bottom, sliding in at the top, horizontal cracks,  stair step cracks, and bowing. The family is not protected with Power Braces. 

The Power Brace system supports the basement wall. The PowerBrace is a Zinc coated beam and components, with a clean-cut appearance, and a patented tightening system. This is a joist reinforcement method that distributes weight evenly.

In this home we sealed the crawl space with SilverGlo panels, installed drainage matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the crawl space is lifted, dry, and healthy.
