This customer in Manchester, TN called Frontier when they noticed cracking on the interior of their home and sagging floors. These issues were due to moisture issues in the crawl space. To mitigate these issues and stop them from progressing, we decided on a full crawl space encapsulation. This includes removing all the debris and cleaning out the crawl space, installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on all the floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, and a drainage system including IceGuard and a LawnScape system that will drain all the water out of the crawl space into the yard far from the structure. Now this crawl space is clean, dry, and healthy!

This customer in Gilbertsville, KY, had failing crawlspace supports, which were causing cracks in the exterior wall and sagging floors. The wood of the floor joist is beginning to show signs of severe damage due to failing crawlspace supports. As these supports begin to give way, the floors above can sag, and interior walls may crack, resulting in expensive problems in your home.
