This McKenzie Tennessee homeowner's main concern was keeping the house from falling in! The home was built in the 1930s and the foundation was in need of serious support.

Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 7' channel wall support and small earth anchor were installed with 6' wall anchor extensions connecting with a locking coupler.

This family home is now stabilized and the family can rest easy knowing the home is safe and focus on more important things.

This home in Lawrenceburg Tennessee had a beautiful brick wall done that surrounded their pool.  Unfortunately overtime the earth around this wall began to settle and it created cracks in the brick wall.  Frustrated and afraid this wall may fall the homeowners reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  Together Frontier and the homeowners decided push piers were the right solution for this wall.  Beautiful results!

This customer in Ardmore, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and sloping in their home. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. We came out and installed a crawl space encapsulation system to address the structural sinking due to excess moisture. We installed drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.  

This customer in Toney, TN called Frontier to help with waterproofing their crawl space before the sale of their home. We have a special Fix It to List It program for home sellers. We came in and cleaned the crawl space out, installed a Triplesafe Sump Pump, SaniDry Sedona, laid down crawl space drainage matting, replaced the crawl space door, and to finish the project installed a drainage system including EZ Flo and a Lawnscape System with IceGuard.
