This family has lived in their home for over 25 years. They have been dealing with a leaky basement for years as well as thinking about fixing it for a few years. He just wants the whole basement dry ALL of the time. Controlling the mold, keeping the home healthy, and the home staying in the family for generations was important. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system after drilling weeping holes in the concrete block walls, we also added a TrenchDrain for the entrance. We added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull moisture out of the air and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusion issues.
