They were very respectful, nice, honest & hard working. They informed me of what they were doing along the way. 

The original install job was very good. Then we had a problem with no obvious solution. Carlos showed up with a team and found a great way to fix the issue. All done. He was excellent, on top of his game. Can't find better people, they know their stuff.

Mr. C said "the phone person was more than helpful answering what she could. She even recommended I get further estimates. That said a lot to me about Frontier, because if you are so confident to advise someone to look at other companies also than you know you have a good product and customer will return to you." About one of our inspectors he stated, "Yes, I was very pleased with Mr. Garis. I really felt that Danny was a great business man and really enjoyed his job". After being asked about how he felt about the solution offered, "the procedure and solution would solve the problem, but is it doesn't I really liked the warranty offered".

It was a great experience from inspection to installation. He can't praise us enough. Jason was knowledgeable, and let him know everything he was doing. "Customer service is lost on contractors nowadays".

Everyone did a great job on our home in Spring Hill. They called to confirm his time of arrival and showed up as promised. They did a complete review of everything they accomplished and was detailed in their explanations.

Isai was very thorough, and conscientious about making sure everything was taken care of and cleaned up. Loved the service, loved the results, loved the entire experience!

Morgan and Donald came to perform the annual service on the Waterguard system in our basement.  Both were very pleasant and professional, taking the time to explain what they did and why.  They also delivered and installed a SaniDry basement dehumidifier.  I was apprehensive about spending big bucks on a dehumidifier but it seems well-constructed and has a 30 month warranty.  I got tired of replacing our dehumidifier every few years when it conked out.  The SaniDry XP has already brought the humidity down to an acceptable level and is energy star rated to use less energy than a 70 pint unit.   Morgan explained that he is currently training Donald as a technician.  Morgan is a good teacher and  it's obvious that Donald will make a fine technician.  I am very satisfied with Frontier and will be happy to see either Morgan or Donald next year!

I appreciate the fact that David came out to look at our home with Chad. After the visit with Chad and David I know we are moving in the desired direction with the crawlspace. I know it will be repaired to our desired expectations. Keep up the great work.
