We also addressed the issue of sagging floors by installing Smart jacks to prevent further sinking and stabilize the floor, giving additional support to the crawlspace.

Furthermore, we set up our Sump Pump System, designed to gather water and move it outside of the crawlspace.

Our team recently worked on a large crawlspace near Oak Ridge, TN, which had been previously encapsulated with inadequate material that deteriorated over time, leading to mold growth on the joists. After a thorough inspection, our crew removed all debris and the old encapsulation, then sealed off the vents.
