In Seymour, TN, the Master Services team took on the task of sealing a crawlspace to protect it from potential issues. The crawlspace had previously been encapsulated using inexpensive materials, which over time resulted in tears and the accumulation of water pools. The primary goal was to prevent water damage, mold formation, decay, odors, and pest infiltration into the area. To achieve this, we opted for the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, known for its durability and effectiveness. With precision, the system was securely attached to the basement walls using sturdy plastic fasteners, ensuring a strong and stable fit through careful drilling. The CleanSpace® Wall system not only creates additional storage space but also effectively manages moisture, preventing the growth of mold.

Master Services transformed this Cosby, TN crawlspace from dank and dirty to bright, clean, and dry with our CleanSpace encapsulation liner. The liner protects against mold and mildew, while also helping mitigate energy costs. 

The basement of this Oakdale, TN home was being ravaged by water. Moisture collected on surfaces and ruined paint, in addition to creating cracks along the wall.
