The foundation of this home near Clairfield, TN was underdoing settlement. Settlement happens when soils and ground beneath the structure shift or are washed away. To fix the problem, the team installed helical piers, which look like large screws and anchor the home to strong surrounding ground. With this system in place, the house should be stabilized for years to come. 

This porch located near Eagan, TN was sinking, probably due to the weight of the slab and the washing away of soils. To fix it, Master Services drilled holes at strategic spots along the slab, then injected them with PolyLyft. As the polyurethane expanded, it raised the slab to an even position.
