Michael, a father of two young kids and a passionate home cook, just purchased a charming house in Cleveland, TN. So, he reached out to Master Services for peace of mind. Our Home Inspector visited Michael’s home and conducted a thorough assessment of the crawlspace. After checking for any signs of dampness, mold, or structural concerns, he recommended a full encapsulation to protect both the house and its occupants.  

Following his recommendation, our crew got to work. We installed a CleanSpace Moisture Barrier, a tough and mold-resistant liner that’s placed along the floors and walls of the crawlspace. This barrier effectively deters moisture, pests, and rot, ensuring that Michael’s new home stays dry and healthy.
