The Master Services team visited a church in Tracy City, TN that was experiencing settlement issues. Cement can sink for a variety of reasons, including soil erosion and extremes in temperature. Too much rain and the soil can wash away, leading to sinking, shifting, and cracks. To fix this slab, we injected it with PolyLyft, which expands and raises the concrete. 

This basement wall at a home near Pelham, TN was displaying signs of damage. The wall was buckling, always a worrisome sign that more damage is imminent. Our team recommended our carbon fiber system, which uses epoxy-soaked carbon straps to reinforce and stabilize foundation walls. 

The Master Services team headed to a home near Lupton City, TN to fix serious problems with the foundation. Settlement often occurs when soils shift or erode, causing cracks and other problems. To fix this home, we installed both helical and push piers, which will stabilize and secure the foundation to prevent further damage. 

The Master Services team installed wall plate anchors in Whitwell, TN to address bowing, cracked walls. The plates anchor the wall in resilient surrounding soils to provide structural support.
