We were tasked with waterproofing a damp basement at a residence near Clinton, TN. As is typical with basements, the area would become flooded during periods of heavy rain. If left unaddressed, basement flooding can lead to mold, mildew, rot, and attract pests. To prevent these issues, we installed our highly effective TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard drainage systems. These two systems function in unison to maintain a secure and dry basement environment.

After a thorough evaluation, we recommended a water collection and redirection system. Our perimeter water guard drainage system efficiently collects and diverts water away from the basement, effectively managing water infiltration. The TripleSafe sump pump provides three layers of protection. With these solutions in place, the customer's basement is now well-protected from water issues and potential mold growth.

A resident of Newport, TN had lived in her home for five years, but just recently noticed that water was accumulating in her basement.
