Once my issues were addressed, everything went smoothly.

Sales Process

Sammy Carter said pipes and stairway were not an issue. Crew came out and it WAS an issue. They had not been briefed, wasting my time and their time.

Our Installation Crew

Brandon and his crew are the hardest working men I have ever met. Very professional. I wish all companies had crews as great as these men.

The Cleanup Process

Incredible - couldn't ask for better clean up.

What made you choose our company:

I had used Master Dry two years ago for the first phase of handling water in my basement. Everything went smooth. When this second phase started off rough, thanks to Sammy Carter, I wondered if the acquisition had ruined this wonderful company. Fortunately, everything was finally resolved and the job is now finished. I am very pleased.
