What made you choose our company:
Chose based on good reviews and references and work performed/all staff interactions good. BUT YOU SOLVED A PROBLEM WE DON'T HAVE--I can send photos and videos of water pouring down walls from ceiling over garage. The problem is same as it has been, you did not fix. We have had two rainstorms and the basement is flooding, sump pump not collecting water as there is no water to collect from "clay bowl" effect (guessing here). When I called in despair yesterday, Chad W. came promptly and checked sump pump, did a long, thorough (much better than initial "inspection") inspection, checked gutters, garage, etc. Lots of head scratching. He made some recommendations about garage slab joints and foundation outside garage but clearly was placed in an awkward position trying to analyze and second-guess previous analysis and "fix". Last night a second rainstorm has left us with even more water. I am disappointed with your company while finding every interaction with employees and subs very pleasant---I don't fault your staff but I fault your analysis and ineffective problem solving and I regret spending $5400, disrupting the workshop (and spending lots of money with JunkLuggers, who will return tomorrow to replace the heavy workbenches). We have had to rethink the placement of woodworking power tools, etc due to this "fix" and I am most unhappy. Linda Peterson
