Very satisfied with the job that was done!  I chose Master Services over other companies because of the way that the Inspector sat down and explained all of our issues with our crawl space, he also helped us come up with a plan that took care of our issue!!

They were professional and made sure that the whole job was completed even if it was staying late or adding an extra day. We are very pleased.

House is staying warmer with less energy use. I am a little disappointed with the paperwork given after the job with more costs for maintenance and warranty extension. Also I told the forman the first day to be careful of the hazelnut tree I had planted close to where they had to walk to get to the crawlspace but had a different guy on the second day and they stepped on my hazelnut tree and broke it. I did not notice it until they were gone. Also my sump pump was not plugged in when they left.

Answered every question I had before, during, and after installation. This is the best money I have invested in my home and I would highly recommend your products and services!

I want to thank you for the professionalism of your team. We had been considering some remedy for our damp crawlspace and above average level of radon for two years. We had looked at two other companies to do an encapsulation, but we weren't comfortable with their presentations. When we met Josh Sulfridge, we were impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of the products and the challenges. He was able to provide us with a quote immediately from his computer, and his pricing was reasonable for the size of the project. When the date for the installation arrived, the workers were on time and worked very hard all day, putting in 10 hours the first day and finishing up by 3:00pm the second day. They were very detailed in preparing the crawlspace and filling in low spots around the foundation. Upon applying the encapsulation lining, they were very thorough. The mitigation system was professionally installed. I have shown our finished crawlspace to our neighbors and they think that it looks like a surgical operating room. We now have a very dry, clean and safe area for storage. We also feel the air quality in our house has improved. You have a great product and your team has excellent customer relation skills.
