We decided to use Master Services for our waterproofing needs as a result of their quality advertising. Our representative, Mike Wells, was courteous and knowledgable, and Raymond, the foreman on our job, and his crew were also courteous and efficient. At this time, we don't know of anyone else who is in need of Master Services's products or services, BUT we hope to give you referrals in the future!

I hired Master Services because they are affiliated with Russell's Pest Control. The process of waterproofing my basement was very quick, the installation crew was courteous and they answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with the job they did. Bottom line, my basement is dry and mold-free. I would recommend Master Services to anyone.

Master Services has a very professional team. Master Services's idea of how to fix the problem made much more sense that other companies' that I had inspect my basement. Jake, the inspector that was sent to my home, was very thorough in explaining the process of what could, and ultimately was done. The installation crew worked so hard yet got the job done so quickly! My grandfather used to own a construction company and he said that he would steal your workers in a heartbeat! Again, they are all nice, professional and time effective. Master Services does a great job!

We hired Master Services for two reasons. (1) Other folks wouldn't talk to us since water was coming through the door. (2) We wanted someone who specialized in this field, not just someone who "does that too." Our inspector did a great job, and the info on the PC was very helpful. Our installation crew went above and beyond what most contractors do as far as cleanup, professionalism, flexibility, etc. I wish everyone was as conscientious as they were!
