She had observed mold, decay, and termite damage, which had compromised the integrity of the beams and joists, leading to concerns about the stability of her home. Angela has been proactive in maintaining her home, including regular termite treatments, but the persistent moisture and structural issues have necessitated more extensive repairs.  We replaced 22 feet of main beam under the kitchen crossing three pillars. We also sistered the joists in the area as needed for added stability.

Dale D. of Pine Bluff, AR was having foundation settlement problems.  His building was sinking.  This caused cracking on both the interior and exterior of the building.  Our foundation repair expert Chet and crew were able to stabilize the building using our Helical Pier system.  These piers are driven into the ground and connected to the building. Then they are pressurized, lifting the building back into place and providing permanent stability.  The building was stable, and the cracks closed.
