Richard and Debbie M. just bought their home 3 months ago and have standing water around the edge of their crawl space. This is the first home they have lived in with a crawlspace and want to make sure they take care of it, so they don’t have issues in the future. They have health issues and had decided a CleanSpace^TM Encapsulation would be by far the best choice. They were right.  About 60% of the air, they breath comes from the crawl space. There is quite a bit of mold on the subfloor and gets worse around the kitchen and bathrooms. A State Park in Wilson, AR needed our help.  Moisture was causing damage to the wood in the crawl space of the ranger's house.  We were able to go in and install our CleanSpace^TM crawl space encapsulation system.  This system totally rids the crawl space of any moisture.  We install a dehumidifier as a part of the system to ensure that any moisture in in the air is eliminated.  We also use our SmartSump^TM to move any moisture out of the crawl space and away from the structure.
