The sidewalk shown in the image was uneven. It was becoming an eye sore and a potential trip hazard. The Polylevel system was used to fix the issue. 

This homeowner has a culvert running under the driveway which was causing some problems.  PolyLevel^TM and NexusPro^TM are the perfect solutions for concrete repair.  These products were used to address this homeowner's issues.
