Thanks Leon!  I wanted to thank you for the positive experience!  I had been dreading the whole thing, worried about what all would be wrong and worried that we’d be taken advantage of by being told we needed a bunch of stuff that we really didn’t. The company you work for has really developed an excellent system for showing the customer exactly why they need the repairs that are suggested. You took the time to listen to me, and didn’t treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. While I don’t know hardly anything about building homes, foundations, etc., I do know my home and the things going on with it, and I could tell that you understood that. It’s frustrating as a woman because men think we have no idea what we’re talking about, but you never made me feel that way.  Also, I could tell that you are very knowledgeable about this stuff, and I was very impressed when you didnt make your mind up instantly about what needed to be done and instead finished your inspection and found out the real issues. I loved that! It showed me that you weren’t there just to get in and get out, you really wanted to find the cause of our problems!  Also, the way you explained things even before the videos, was exemplary. You are fantastic at what you do, and I appreciate you so much!!  We look forward to working with you when we figure out what we’re able to do!

I actually called on a day you were closed, Jan 2, 2017 but Susan called me back within minutes and scheduled the appointment. Nick was wonderful. I had so many questions and he patiently answered everyone. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world and truly wanted me to understand the problem and what needed to be done to fix. Nick Roberson is a great asset to your company.

Mike Rutter was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into a sale. Joe Cook and his crew were very thorough, friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job

I had been so very concerned about our foundation wall. When I saw your add I called. The good Lord knew who to send to our rescue. They even re-planted the strawberry plants in the holes where they were digging even though it was starting to rain. You can be assured we will gladly recommend them to anyone! This is my second time to use Redeemers Group for this problem. The first one worked so well I went with them again. They are efficient and explained everything I needed to know before they left.

Fantastic. Redeemer filled all of the voids under the entire driveway - literally at least 1/3 ofthe driveway had zero support underneath it because the ground had washed away. Thewhole driveway is now level and all the cracks are repaired.

Very good job of repairing our driveway. Initially thought it wasn't repairable and was going to have to replace. Redeemer's saved us a bunch of money and really did a nice job fixing it up. They put a lot of detail into the work and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is a very professional company and I appreciate how they conduct their business.

These guys came to our house in Blue Springs Ms. from the time they arrived till they left, they were working. They kept us informed of everything they were doing. Very professional company from phone call to schedule and evaluation to Alex who came and went over all the options to the guys who came and physically installed this encasement system.
