When a homeowner in Pawlet, Vermont, wanted to find a permanent solution for water entering their basement, they contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

When a homeowner in Whitingham, Vermont, needed to replace an old, insufficient sump pump, they called Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  After a free estimate, a new sump pump and custom-designed waterproofing system were systematically installed.  The homeowner now can rest and enjoy the relaxing senational of no more water entering the basement. 

When a homeowner in Moriah, New York, needed a permanent solution to water entering the basement of the home, he hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

The  customer wanted their basement dry and to turn it into a usable space.  To accomplish this Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a Full Perimeter Water Guard System and a TripleSafe SumpPump.  The WaterGuard will go along the perimeter of the basement collecting any water seepage or static pressure water.  It will then direct the water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, where it is discharge out of the basement, away from the home.  

This West Wardsboro, Vermont home had water coming into the basement in several areas and Northern Basements proposed a long-term solution to keep their basement dry! 

With a full perimeter drainage system, a sump pump system, and this TrenchDrain along the garage door, water will be collected by the drains and pumped out with the sump pump to keep their home safe and dry. 

To install this TrenchDrain, our team jackhammered the slab to allow them to install the drain and then spread concrete around the drain to prevent water from entering around it and to give it a clean and finished appearance. The TrenchDrain is designed to be incredibly durable and be able to withstand the weight of a vehicle driving over it.
