This new homeowner was concerned about the water leaking into the basement during rainfall and spring months. Our team installed a full perimiter WaterGuard Drainage System to collect water. They also installed two SuperSump Plus Premier Pump System, to take care of water entering trying to enter from all four walls. With ThermalDry carpet tiles, there’s no foam pad to soak up water. Instead, there’s a waterproof plastic base designed with a built-in drainage plane and thermal break. Water drains through ThermalDry carpet rather than soaking in, eliminating worries about mold, mildew and moisture damage.
