Anthony P. of Charlottesville, VA had a crack in his basement that had been leaking for several years. Recently more and more water was coming in after each rain. Anthony decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions. Our System Designer Sonny Kingsbury, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide the solution - a FlexiSpan. This flexible sealant will never dry or crack and flexes to the natural movement of the foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofed seal. Technician Jarrett Rowland was soon onsite installing a FlexiSpan. Now this basement wall crack is sealed up and there's no more leaking!

This fully finished basement is being used an additional living space. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system and a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup and external drainage.

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a basement flooding problem. The Fortress Team solved this issue by installing a WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System.

This homeowner gave Fortres a call because they had been receiving water into their basement but had no idea where the water was coming in from. One of our System Designers went out to inspect their home to see what the best solution for their home would be. 

Fortress recommended to this homeowner that they should have us install our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Our WaterGuard System is designed to catch any water that may try to enter your basement and pushes it through to the sump pump.

This basement was in pretty bad shape. It was dirty, moldy, and water stained from repeated flooding. Fortress restored this basement by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System and a CleanSpace Wall Covering to keep the basement clean and dry.
