Fortress solved this issue by installing our WaterGuard System, and a SuperSump sump pump. The WaterGuard will catch any water seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the home, keeping this basement dry!

This dirty crawlspace in Burkeville, VA needed some help! It was moldy and had water stains from repeated flooding. Fortress solved these issues by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the crawlspace would stay clean and dry.

Jeremy F, who lives near Glenelg, MD, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. He was tired of water getting in his basement and could no longer use the area for storage. Jeremy met with a System Designer who provided the solution, a WaterGuard Drainage System with an Super Sump Sump Pump. The WaterGuard is a channel drainage system installed in a trench around the basement perimeter.  Any water entering the basement flows through the WaterGuard directly to the Super Sump Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home. Now Jeremy doesn't have to worry about his belongings becoming moldy or damaged - his basement is dry!
