Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a Super Sump Plus sump pump with WaterGuard to prevent futher flooding in the basement.

Heather called Fortress Foundation Solutions about water collecting in her basement. After setting an appointment, Paul, one of our expert system designers went out to the home and found water seeping into the basement through the walls. Paul completed a full inspection and presented the homeowner with a proposal and a quote. She was happy with both and decided to move forward with the work. When our Foreman, Travis, and his crew went out to fix the issue, they utilized our WaterGuard drainage solution on the floor below to ensure that any water that was collected drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which was then transferred to the discharge line outside of the home.

Our client noticed water damage in their basement, and knew immediately that it requited more than a quick DIY fix. Wanting to find a company that would be professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to work on his home, he reached out to Fortress for an estimate. System Designer Chris Guill went out to the home to asses the needs of the basement. He determined that a full waterproofing system would be necessary to stop further damage from being done. Soon after, our team went out to install a SuperSump and WaterGuard which will catch and drain any water attempting to enter the space.

The existing sump location was not ideal for the water issued that were present in the home.  A new optimal location was chosen and in conjucntion with WaterGuard the Super Sump will efficiently and effective manage the water in the space.
