This client noticed water coming into his crawl space and decided he wanted to get it encapsulated, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent out our System Designer, Dave Mauldin, who did a thorough inspection and gave him an estimate. Later, our Foreman and his crew went out and installed SilverGlo Insulation on the walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the floor and walls to keep it nice and dry. Our client was very satisfied with his crawl space!

Murphy B. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing water in his crawlspace after heavy rains. A System Designer met with Murphy, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry. When Murphy looks into his crawl space now, it is clean, dry and he knows his home is protected!

A homeowner in Monterey, Virginia had heavy mold growth and standing water in their crawl space. They called us here at Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve their problem.
