This homeowner in Madison Heights reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because their home's foundation walls had started to crack and bow, and they wanted to get that problem solved before it got worse.

To best solve this problem, Fortress went out and installed our PowerBrace System. With the PowerBrace System, zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit to the basement wall height and secured tight against the wall with brackets anchored to the basement floor and floor joists. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation is now permanently supported and stabilized.

Fortress went out to this home and installed our Push Pier System to support and stabilize that foundation. The Push Pier System ensures that the foundation will not settle any further, helps close cracks and improve function of windows and doors, and has the potential to lift the home back to its original level.

System Designer, Jamey Elder, sent our Production Foreman, AJ Looney and his crew, to install our Smart Jack System to this home owners crawl space. This system provided the support the crawl space needed and long term relief to the home owners.

This homeowner in Bassett, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the foundation of the home. The homeowners noticed a stair stepped crack in the wall of the basement. The crack had a gap and had began to bow inward. Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide an estimate for a solution. The System Designer suggested our PowerBrace system. PowerBraces help to stabilize the wall and over time get the wall corrected to the original placement.   

This homeowner had a few large cracks in their basement as well as a flooding issue. Fortress Foundation permanently fixed the cracks by installing the FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System. Then, Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System to ensure that the basement would never flood again.
