This homeowner in Pulaski reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about their foundation after noticing cracks in the cinder block foundation walls.

After having one of our System Designers come out, it was determined that the foundation of the home was settling. To best fix this problem, Fortress went out and installed 13 Push Piers to lift and permanently stabilize the home's foundation.

Before tackling this challenging crawl space repair in Catawba, VA, the homeowner was grappling with sagging floors - a common yet distressing issue. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to meet with a highly trained System Designer. The System Designer completed an inspection and a free estimate for Smart Jacks. Smart Jacks are adjustable floor supports installed under a main beam or a supplemental beam. They can stabilize and often provide lift. These Smart Jacks not only rectified the problem but restored the homeowner’s peace of mind. 

System Designer, Brandon Conner, helped stop wall failure in this homeowners basement in Fairlawn, Virginia. Production Foreman, Clarence Copeland and his crew, installed eleven Power Brace Support Beams to stop any further bowing and stop wall failure altogether.  

This homeowner wanted to turn his garage into a workshop and needed to make some changes to secure the walls. Our team installed 13 Carbon Armor support brackets, WaterGuard system, TripleSafe Sump Pump and discharge line to eliminate any future water entering his garage. 

Homeowner Teresa W. of Christiansburg, VA grew concerned when stair step cracking grew into a long horizontal crack with wall bulging. She called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. System Designer, Zach Bullock, completed his thorough inspection. After answering her questions, she chose to repair her foundation with GeoLock Wall Anchors. David Bowers and his experienced team soon arrived at her home. The GeoLock Wall Anchor rods are driven from inside to a trench on the outside and secured to the wall.
