This home in Broad Run had foundation walls that were cracked and bowing, concerning the homeowner. They reached out to Fortress for a solution to stabilize and support their foundation.

Fortress went out and installed our PowerBrace System. The PowerBraces permanently stabilize your home's foundation walls. Zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit to your basement wall height and secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to your basement floor and floor joists. PowerBrace's unique, patented design allows the system to be tightened over time, potentially reversing wall failure without any invasive drilling or digging on the property. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation is stabilized!

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions with foundation settlement problems shown by the several cracks both inside and outside of the house. The Fortress Team solved this problem by installing sixteen Push Piers around the outside of the house. 

These homeowners are planning to move in the next two years and wanted to get their home's foundation repaired so any future homeowner wouldn't have to worry about this issue.  Their basement walls had visible cracks on multiple walls. Our crew came in and installed seven power braces to ensure their stability. They can now feel confident that foundation issues will not be on any potential home buyers list of concerns. 

This homeowner came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with several wall cracks inside and outside of their home from foundation settlement. Fortress solved this by installing five PushPiers that will support the foundation and prevent any further cracking.

After months of trying to find someone to help out with this home, our System Designer, Adam Catterson, was able to quickly provide a solution for this homeowner and the settling foundation on a corner of their garage. 

Our crew led by Foreman, Rob Burger, installed two Helical Piers to bring the garage back to its original level and to support it the way that it should be.
