This home in Clover had several stair-step cracks along the outside walls of the home. These cracks were cause by the house sinking and settling.

Fortress helped this family out by installing Push Piers along the outside of the the house to support and stabilize the foundation. Fortress dug a trench around the house, installed the Push Piers, then covered them back up. Pier installations are great for many homeowners because they are not visible after the installation.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess the issues in their home, he informed them more about our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system includes flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. The great thing about our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System is that if you would ever like to finish your basement, you are always able to paint over the strips!

When our Foreman, Robert Burger and his crew went out for their installation, Robert sat down with the customer and walked him through all the work that they would be doing on his home. After the project was finished, this homeowner was overjoyed with the wprk that had been done!

This basement in Luray had a basement that was cracking and bowing. It was also having a slight leaking issue and was very cold. To solve these issues, Fortress installed CarbonArmor Straps on the walls. Fortress also installed SentrySeal and SilverGlow to the outside of the basement to seal it off from water and insulate it.

These homeowners in Pamplin,VA noticed some uneven floors through out thier hoome. Our System Designer went out to this home and concluded the best solution for this issue was our Smart Jack system. These Smart Jacks help to stablize the beams in the home. 

The chimney of this home in Earlysville had started to pull away from the home due to settlement of the foundation. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get that area of their home supported and stabilized.

Fortress went out and installed 3 Helical Piers to not only stabilize that chimney, but also lift it back to it's original position! Once installed the area will be backfilled and the piers will not be visible.
