This Spotsylania house had dropped quite a bit when the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer, Danny Camunas, knew what was needed! He provided an estimate for push piers that would lift the home's foundation stabilizing it forever. Toby Bryant and his crew, were soon at Lamont Ct. lifting and stabilizing. Nathan R. was getting ready to purchase a home near Oakton, VA. The home inspector found some foundation damage around the chimney. Push Piers are steel rods driven under the home's footer to provide stabilization and prevent further settlement. Nathan was then able to negotiate the price of the repair with the seller and purchase the home.
