A previous customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions when water started to leak in their basement where they did not waterproof it. Previously, they had a Smart Sump System with WaterGuard installed against one wall. Water eventually started leaking in on the other wall of the basement. This is why Fortress recommends waterproofing an entire basement instead of just the area where it is leaking from. To completely waterproof this basement, Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard and a CleanSpace Liner. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to keep the air dry. Now, the basement will stay clean and dry!

This home in Blacksburg had issues with the foundation, the semi-basement, and the crawlspace. The basement was leaking, the crawlspace was moldy, and the walls were bowing.
