This home in Sugar Grove had a problem with water seepage and moisture in the basement, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.

Fortress went out and installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier. Together, these products will keep this basement dry!

This finished basement needed waterproofing after a flooding incident. The flooring and an old sump pump was removed. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard french drain, Triple Safe sump pump with external discharge, and a SaniDry dehumidifier. We use plastic sheeting to keep our customers' homes clean and tidy while we work.

The CleanSpace is antimicrobial and directs all water seeping through the walls down into the WaterGuard. It is then drained to the sump pump and pumped out of the home. Now this homeowner's basement is dry and the space usable again!
