After receiving a call from homeowners in Green Bay, WI about their sunken floors, our Sure-Dry team was ready to work.

Once we arrived at their home for their free estimate and inspection, we discovered where the problem was coming from. Their crawlspace support beams were made of wood and over time wood will begin to mold and rot away which will make the floor above sink. To fix the problem, our production crew installed 10 SmartJacks to their crawlspace. These will replace the old wooden beams with galvanized steel beams that will not rot away. They will also straighten and raise the sunken floor above to its normal location.

PowerBraces were used in this job to stabilize their basement walls. These walls over time, due to the pressure of the soil on the concrete walls outside, has forced the walls to bow into the home.

Our crew reinforced these walls with 13 PowerBraces. These galvanized steel beams have the power and strength to push the wall back to its original up right position.
