The sidewalk and driveway of this Oshkosh home had sunk in several places, causing a trip hazard and allowing water to flow toward the home. The concrete was permanently lifted and leveled back into place with PolyLevel Injection Foam and then the joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to ensure water wouldn't be able to get under the slabs again.

After numerous stumbles and falls, homeowners in Oshkosh, WI called Sure-Dry for a solution to their sunken concrete slabs. 

Our PolyLevel system is the best solution for fixing sunken concrete slabs. Our foremen drill small penny sized holes into the concrete and insert polyurethane foam under the concrete slabs. The foam, unlike soil, will not wash out and is durable enough to hold the slab in the correct location for many, many years to come!

In Greenville, WI our crew came out to a home and used our PolyLevel System to raise the sunken concrete back to its original location. Over time the soil beneath the concrete begins to wash out which is why concrete begins to sink and crack. 

Our PolyLevel System drills a hole the size of a penny into the concrete and then inserts polyurethane foam underneath, to raise the concrete back to place. This foam is waterproof, eliminating the worry of it washing out again. This process is fast and inexpensive.
