This basement was suffering from water intrusion due to blocked drain tile and downspouts that were directing water towards foundation wall and there was mold growth found underneath flooring. To fix the water issues, and ensure all water was collected and disposed of correctly and away from the property, we installed a  TripleSafe Sump Pump  and WaterGuard Drainage system.
