Before:

A homeowner in Kaukauna, WI was experiencing concerns with the structural support beneath their home's main floor. Over time, weakened or inadequate support beams and floor joists can contribute to sagging, uneven floors, and additional stress on the home's structure. The homeowner needed a reliable solution to reinforce the basement support system and prevent further movement.

After:

Sure-Dry installed the SmartJack Structural Support System in the basement to provide additional reinforcement beneath the floor framing. These adjustable steel supports help stabilize weakened floor systems and transfer structural loads to properly prepared support bases.

The SmartJack system is designed to provide long-term stability and can be adjusted when necessary to help improve floor alignment.

With the new supports installed, the homeowner now has a stronger, more stable floor structure and greater confidence in the long-term condition of their home.

Before:

A homeowner in Kaukauna, WI was dealing with foundation settlement that was affecting the stability of their home. When the soil beneath a foundation can no longer adequately support its weight, portions of the structure may begin to sink or shift. This movement can lead to foundation cracks, uneven floors, and doors or windows that become difficult to operate.

After:

Sure-Dry installed a steel push pier system to stabilize the settling foundation and help prevent additional downward movement. The piers were driven deep beneath the foundation to reach competent load-bearing soil or bedrock, transferring the home's weight away from the unstable soils near the surface.

The completed installation provides long-term structural support and helps protect the home against further settlement. Depending on site conditions, push piers may also provide an opportunity to lift settled portions of the foundation toward their original position.
