Our Sure-Dry team installed 8 GeoLocks to the basement walls of a home in Nekoosa, WI.

GeoLocks use the outside, hard, compacted soil to hold the wall in place and keep it from bowing any further. Every so often the GeoLocks can be tightened and over time will pull the wall but to its proper location.

Before, this homeowner in Eland, WI, faced a leaking basement that turned their space unusable and damp, as seen in the left photo. Turning to Sure-Dry, we installed our innovative WaterGuard system to effectively channel and redirect water away from their basement. Notice in the after photo, the basement is dry, clean, and fully usable again. Our commitment to providing lasting solutions transformed this problematic basement into a comfortable and dry area of the home.

This crawl space in Athelstane, WI was in rough shape. Because this crawl space was not properly sealed, excess moisture was getting in, causing moisture damage, mold, and a musty smell wafting into the home.

 To protect the crawl space from moisture, Sure-Dry installed their CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vapor Barrier. This durable, bright white crawl space liner installs on the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping your crawl space dry, you protect your structure and insulation from mold and rot.

To eliminate moisture in the air of the crawl space, Sure-Dry installed an Aprilaire Dehumidifier. Aprilaire Dehumidifiers protect furnishings and belongings from warpage, mildew and rot. The Aprilaire is also the perfect defense against mold growth and eliminates that musty smell.

To fix sunken floors, we install SmartJacks. SmartJacks are typically installed in a basement or crawlspace, which is exactly what we did at this home in Pembine, WI. These galvanized steel beams and jacks will not rust or corrode and will always provide a strong support to raising and stabilizing sunken floors. 

Check out the before and afters of this moldy, wet basement! Water was coming in from where the basement walls and floors meet and was causing severe water damage throughout the basement including in the finished areas. To permanently fix these issues and ensure the water didn't make it's way into the basement again, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage System and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to safely collect and channel the water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will carry any water collected back out of the house. The homeowners were thrilled to finally have their dry, safe basement back!
