I was disappointed that my carpets were left with staining on them. My father was there when the company was installing the drain system and they put down the carpet runners late so they tracked in dirt,etc. I did contact the contract manager and he offered to have the crew come back and clean the carpets but my father had already went out and gotten a carpet cleaning machine before I got home because he knows I would be really upset coming home to that.
