Assuming when the snow melts you guys come level the holes and seed the bald spots :) Work was done in January.
Call Representative
I had a bad experience with a female phone rep. BUT, Supervisor called me without request to do service recovery, as did Tony. Pretty darn good, didn't eve have to let them know and they were on it! Good Job.
Sales Process
Tony is a GOOD man. Does the right thing. THANKS TONY!!!!!
Our Installation Crew
These fellas were professional, fast, focused, polite, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! Their Momma's did a great job raising these young men.
The Cleanup Process
They truly left the basement cleaner than they found it. And, they made every effort to leave no trace in the yard. However, inherent in the work is damage to the yard. I expect in the spring they will come level out the work area and seed if needed! The fellas promised all it would take is a call.

What made you choose our company:

I had 4 companies come out for estimates, including Suredry (found on google search). Tony's estimate visit was a big reason I chose you all. You have a gem in that man! The remainder would be the reasonable price compared to the other estimates (who inflated the severity, repairs needed, and cost, relative to Tony).
