Waterproofing our basement was the biggest home project that my husband and I have ever done. Sure Dry has professional employees that go out of their way to make your feel secure with the job they do!

Call representative was polite and helpful.

Jay was timely, thorough and he answered all of our questions.

Our installation crew, Dany G, Tommy and Adrian P. were outstanding! All 3 gentlemen were polite, and very thorough and professional with every step of waterproofing out basement. Dany, as head crew chief, was very engaging and very patient when answering the many questions that my husband and I asked. Tommy was also engaging and showed a real eagerness to do an excellent job. Adrian, being the newest member of the team, was very polite and thorough with all of his job responsibilities. All 3 men are an asset to your company and you made the right choice making Dany a head crew chief. Please make sure that you verbally acknowledge to your crew what a great job they did for us!

Cleanup was outstanding! The crew cleaned, swept and put back everything they moved. They asked my husband and I very politely whenever they had to move something or lay down walkways etc.
