Extremely pleased with with every aspect from initial contact to final product. Reasonable cost for services, high value, professional staff at every level
Call Representative
The customer service team is very friendly and cooperative. We were given installation times and dates with a caveat that if an earlier appointment would open up we would be put on the fast track list. A couple days later we got a call for an opening had arisen and asked if we wanted it. WOW great service. Amanda was one of our contacts and she was so very pleasant and gracious.
Sales Process
Nick called to verify initial appointment then followed up letting us know he was on his way. He gave an excellent and comprehensive presentation while taking the time to insure that he understood what we were looking for and reassuring us that it could be done. Our project required the additional services of an electrician and Nick took the time to coordinate schedules.
Our Installation Crew
Coby and his crew are the best!!! They arrived as promised and called to say they were on their way. With all the work we were having done we expected it would take most of the day to complete. It was only two and a half hours! All the while they explained what they were doing and made us feel very comfortable in our decision to have Sure Dry provide the services. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.
The Cleanup Process
They were SO well organized and thorough thatwhen they were finished, I almost thought I could eat off my basement floor.

Cost, value and watching a Sure Dry crew providing a diiferent set of services for my next door neighbor.
