Our Overall Service

I am very very satisfied. We had a water problem in three different spots in our basement for uears. It is SO NICE to not have any water problems now and not to have to worry about is there water in the basement.When my system was first put in I still had one area in the basement that had water. Sure Dry came back and fixed that extra area at no extra charge and the system has been great ever since. Todays date is June 23, 2015. I had the system installed in August of 2013.

I had a annual service done today by CJ Malueg. He too was very informative and helpful. He even emptied my dehumidifier for me and explained how important what that is set on so no mold can start. I forgot how many different things Sure Dry Basement offers. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need help in any of those other areas because I am so completely satisfied with the job they did on my basement.

My son knows Ryan who works there. Ryan explained the system very throughly in 2013 and I was very impressed with Ryan and Sure Dry. Today CJ did a annual service call and all his knowledge was very impressive also. Plus instead of just telling me about my dehumidifier he emptied it for me and set it at the correct humidity level for me. I was very appreciative and impressed. Now days a person doesn't find employees that go above and beyond in their service.
