The sales rep answered all of my questions.  We chose Badger Basement based on your reputation and the other company never gave us a quote.  The crew was courteous and the cleanup was satisfactory.  Even though it was farther to carry everything, they went through the basement entry instead of going through the backroom. 

Tim's presentation was very well done.  The crew was very courteous and they did a job well done.  We chose Badger Basement because they were suggested by my son in law and my plumber.  

Just finished our basement and couldn't be happier! Aaron, Jesse, Logan and Sam did an excellent job and they worked their tails off! We live in Elkhorn Wi. Hopefully, no more worries about epic rainfall.

  I found rep to be helpful and informed about what I needed to know. Crew was courteous, neat, prompt, and efficient. Couldn't tell crew had been there other than the window being added. I would hire BBS again if I need their services.

We really liked that the office made a note that we have already paid for the service.  Chris explained what he did in addition to writing it down and added a product to be proactive.  

Bill was great.  He came for my dehumidifier; clean filter, cleaned my new window well cover and inside well, plus cleaned the siding. 

I feel fortunate that I am one of Bill's clients.  His inspection of both the interior basement and of the exterior foundation/window wells is so thorough, and he has given me good suggestions/ advice relating to water issues in the basement.  Bill is always a consummate gentleman and an impressive representative of Badger Basement.  With all the rain this summer, the re-installation of deeper window wells and pea gravel kept my basement dry.

From start to finish the two guys that did my job were outstanding. They left my basement and property in better shape than when they came. Could not tell that they were there. Gary who came out and did 1st inspection was very nice and explained everything well. Hope he does all of my inspections.
